Wash and dry produce. Prep @carrots{10%oz} by trimming, peeling, and cutting diagonally into 1/4-inch pieces. Halve, peel, and thinly slice @onion{1%unit}. Cut @broccoli{10%oz} into bite-size pieces if needed.

Heat a large drizzle of @cooking oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add carrots and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened ~{3%minutes}. Add onion and broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring often, until onion is translucent and broccoli is tender ~{5%minutes}.

Meanwhile, in a #small bowl{}, whisk together @sweet soy glaze{3%tbsp}, half the @szechuan paste{1%tbsp}, half the @rice wine vinegar{1%tbsp}, 3/4 cup water, and 1 tsp @sugar{1%tsp}.

Add the sauce mixture and @garlic powder{1/2%tsp} to the pan with the stir-fry. Cook, stirring, until thoroughly coated ~{2%minutes}. In the same small bowl, mix @cornstarch{1%tsp} with 1 tbsp water until dissolved. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the stir-fry and simmer until the sauce thickens ~{60%seconds}. Remove from heat and stir in @chili flakes{1/8%tsp}. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired.

Massage @microwaveable jasmine rice{1%unit} in its package to break up grains. Partially open the package and microwave until warmed through ~{2%minutes}. Handle the hot pouch carefully. Transfer rice to a #medium bowl{} and fluff with a fork.

Divide rice and stir-fry between plates in separate sections. Sprinkle with @peanuts{2%tbsp} and serve.
